If paying by check/money order/cashier's check, envelopes must
be postmarked within 3 business days of your order. Bank wire
payment must be received within 3 business days of your order. If
payment arrangements are not fulfilled as stipulated, TMG
reserves the right to cancel and void any orders placed by
customers. Any financial losses resulting from non-payment are
the responsibility of the customer. TMG at its discretion may,
from time to time and on a case by case basis, allow payments to
be received after the cut-off date. Once you enter and lock-in an
order, you are legally bound to honor it. It is a binding contract.
We take mail/wire fraud very seriously and will help to prosecute
anyone guilty of such offenses. All attorney fees and financial
losses to TMG resulting from non-payment of orders are the
